We are RAAG Qawwali Group (RQG), the grandsons of the classical maestro Ustad Latafat Hussain Khan and the 8th generation of a distinguished lineage of classical musicians and qawwals. Our grandfather trained many renowned artists including the iconic Bollywood music director Naushad Ali, renowned ghazal singer Bashir Ahmed Khan, famous playback singer Humera Channa and pioneers of Qawwali the Sabri Brothers who are famously known for their kalaams Tajdar-e-Haram and Bhar Do Jholi Meri Ya Muhammad.

Our stage experience dates back to our early childhood years, performing alongside and learning from our teachers Ustad Ali Hafeez Khan, Ustad Haji Ameer Khan, Ustad Agha Sherazi Khan and Ustad Imran Ahmed. We have been performing on stage since the age of 10 and after receiving permission from our Ustads, we officially formed RAAG Qawwali Group in 2018.

Since then, we have established ourselves as one of the leading contemporary Qawwali groups, providing a premium experience by blending traditional and modern styles for both the elder and younger audiences.

We have been featured on BBC News, BBC Radio and Asiana TV, and have performed at iconic venues including the London Olympic Stadium and NEC Birmingham. Amazing audiences worldwide the team have performed in the USA, Italy, Denmark, Norway, Germany, Pakistan, Dubai, South Africa, Zimbabwe and India.

As a group of young British-born brothers, we combine our talent and years of training with a dynamic stage presence to deliver powerful and immersive performances.
